You can modify your order if it hasn't shipped yet:

How to Modify Your Order
Before Order Ships
- Log into your account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Find your order
- Click "Modify Order" if available
- Make your changes
- Confirm modifications
Contact Customer Service
If "Modify Order" isn't available:
- Contact customer service immediately
- Provide your order number
- Explain what you'd like to change
- We'll do our best to accommodate
Time Limits for Modifications
Modifications are possible:
- Within 1 hour: Usually can modify online
- Within 24 hours: Contact us, we'll try to help
- After 24 hours: Order may be processing, contact us urgently
- After shipping: Cannot modify, see returns policy
Adding Items to Order
To add items:

How to Cancel Your Order
