Order Tracking and Status Updates

Stay informed about your order from the moment you place it until it arrives at your door. Here's how order tracking works:

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing an order, you'll receive:

  • Email Confirmation: Sent to your registered email address
  • Order Number: Unique identifier for your order
  • Order Summary: List of items, quantities, and total
  • Estimated Delivery Date: When to expect your package

Order Status Stages

Your order will progress through these stages:

1. Order Placed

  • Your order has been received
  • Payment has been processed
  • Order is being prepared

2. Processing

  • Items are being gathered
  • Quality check is performed
  • Packaging is prepared
  • Usually takes 1-2 business days

3. Shipped

  • Order has left our warehouse
  • Tracking number is available
  • Carrier has received the package
  • You'll receive shipping notification

4. In Transit

  • Package is on its way
  • Carrier is transporting to your address
  • Tracking updates available

5. Out for Delivery

  • Package is with local carrier
  • Will be delivered today
  • Usually happens in the morning

6. Delivered

  • Package has been delivered
  • Check your delivery location
  • Contact us if not received

How to Track Your Order

Via Email

  • Click tracking link in shipping email
  • View real-time updates
  • Get delivery notifications

Via Your Account

  • Log into your account
  • Go to "My Orders"
  • Click on your order
  • View tracking information

Via Tracking Number

  • Use tracking number from email
  • Visit carrier's website
  • Enter tracking number
  • View detailed updates

Understanding Tracking Updates

Common tracking messages:

  • "Label Created": Shipping label printed, package not yet received
  • "In Transit": Package is moving through carrier network
  • "Out for Delivery": Will be delivered today
  • "Delivery Attempted": Carrier tried to deliver, may need signature
  • "Delivered": Package has been delivered
